to someone like me there is no on cooler than penn n teller... I thought they were cool when i saw their magic act when i was like twelve or whatever and everytime i learn something new about them, they just get cooler.
theyre skeptics, they get peace and freedom, they show up on residents albums and industrial rock songs and shit, theyre fuckin artists in all senses. And theyre so fuckin humble and nice!

what follows is some dave barry shit, edited, takin out of context, and made stupid by black collar politics:
you can waste all the Libyans you want, but legally you can't try to kill the leader. then Reagan
or Bush or Obama or whoever gets up and says we're not trying to kill him, we're just dropping
some fuckin bombs. at the time, we were pissed at Moammar Gadhafi, which resulted in us
bombing the shit out of Libya and killing a bunch of people, but not him. this is one of those times
I wasn't kidding
so instead of fucking around with armies, get a couple of eastern european bloc mutherfuckers
named Victor. call it the Department of Two Dudes Named Victor. the president meets with them
and has breakfast, or he goes to dinner with them and suggests that he's having a problem.
next thing you know, you read in the paper that Saddam Hussein has suffered an unfortunate
shaving accident resulting in the loss of his head. we don't have to involve a lot of 22-year-old
kids in this dispute between George Bush and Saddam Hussein.
.....but it didn't occur to me then that the moral justification for dropping all support for the army is that

so joe rogan is pretty cool. I always thought he was kind of a dope, probably
because of the fear factor thing and the fact that he is italian. but penn jillette
seemed to think he was cool, so i thought id give his podcast a shot.
what i like about joe is that hes focused HARD on being positive, hes got a strong
libertarian thing going, and hes PROOF KID that a dude can use drugs to
their advantage. heres another quote:

ive noticed a schism in the "freedom" movement- people who rationaly espouse the
pragmatic and moral bonuses inherent in a free society and crazy people who
are into freedom more as paranoid reaction than a well thought out logical conclusion.
there are people who listen to stephan molynieux and penn jillette, and people
who listen to alex jones and david icke.
i know some of these raving nuts myself. they are not "stupid" (not all of them), and i
like these people*, but i think they may, in general, be giving a bad name to us
"anti-government" types. so just so people know, there is a butt load of us who do
not believe in alien infiltration, 9-11 inside job bullshit, the illuminati, NWO, or other
fantastic theories. we just think treating others as we would like to be treated leads
to more comfortable existence for all of us
*id be worried about offending some of these people, but lets face it- aint nobody
reading this shit anyway

okay, it goes like this:
if god could do anything, and be everywhere, doesnt it make sense that he would be
everywhere, that he would be everything? in short, reality is the infinite manifested
in a finite form.
so if god, representing all that is transcendent and spiritual, if he's like, everything, my flesh and blood
and guts and black stuff, then it doesnt make sense to have a soul because
you are already spirituality manifested physically. yer body is yer "spirit" so to have
a soul within that soul, you know, floating around in there or whatever, seems
kinda redundant. and frankly it sounds dumb too.

i think problems sould be solved peacefully whenever possible,
and i think its always wrong to use force on peaceful people,
no matter what problem it would solve.
if you think otherwise, if you endorse violence as a means to
an end, then you fit the definition of dick: belligerent asshole
without the intelligence and/or creativity to resolve conflicts
without smacking the shit out of the people who dont agree with
themself. so when i call you a dick, its not just an ad hominem attack
(and it is that as well, i guaran-fuckin-tee it), its an objective literal
definition of the way youve chosen to behave towards yer neighbors.

THE PRAGMATICS OF MORALITY
i consider myself an anarcist, a capitalist, pro-freedom and pro-peace to a
fault. i get the whole non-aggression principle, the "do unto others" thing,
im fuckin down, and ive even started a website dedicated to propagandizing
these ideals. im a believer.
but i have doubts. insecurities. If free market jesus provides consumers
with want they demand, why have they been provided with government?
when i look back at mans history, it seems inevitable that a coercive social
structure evolves. It seems natural. like part of our genetics. for all the high
minded ideals of us peace n' freedom types, is coercive government in our DNA?
for example, theres a stench of immorality and depravity around sex, yet
we all want to get t'FUCKIN whenever we can. we can ignore our cocks
and our clits and delete all the dirty websites in our histories lest anyone
figure out we enjoy looking at naked people hugging, but we cant delete
the porn in our hearts, ladies and gentlemen.
so if we cant repress sex, can we repress violence? i dont know.
so this is the reason im a true believer, in spite of the doubts:
because i want to be a peaceful person, and peaceful people let peaceful
people behave fucking peacefully, asshole. until i see a flaw in that, then
im a fuckin believer.

sex is beautiful unless it is irresponsible and/or involuntary. "love" can
enhance it, sure (at black collar politics, love is defined as "a hard-on"), but love
can enhance anything (especially as black collar politics defines it).
by irresponsible, i mean being decietful, not protecting yerself and yer partner(s)
ignoring the benefits of lube, sanitizing livestock and so on.
sex is a great way to enjoy the company of others, and i suggest you enoy the
company of others in the way that makes you feel good, as long as yer not
hurting anyone.
so grow up puritanical mutherfuckers. thats really the point i want to
get across here.
youd think a blog like this, advocating, excusing, and promoting promiscuity
must have been written by a real player. unfortunately, i have no game.
just a massive 69 inch american-built pink detonator, so all thoughts
